HOW LONG DO THE TRIPS LAST AND WHERE DO THEY BEGIN?

All of our trips meet at the nearest train station and will be specified depending upon your specific trip booking. If you need further assistance, please let us know in advance to make arrangements. Our trips times are listed as a general time frame, but we are flexible and sometimes go over the time limit depending on an added sake tasting etc. Please let us know if you are on a tight schedule.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Our trip prices are per person and listed on the trips page. The price per person decreases, the more people there are in the group. The price of the set trips include all of your food, drinks, and sightseeing locations (except for "The Custom Curated Trip").  If other parties are added to the same trip you book, we will refund you the amount on the day of your tour. We are also happy to help you arrange a trip with other guests when possible.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN A Trip ACCOMMODATE? CAN I book A PRIVATE Trip?

In order to provide a truly personal in-depth experience, we usually limit our trips to small groups of one to four. For an additional fee, we can curate an entirely private trip, by prior arrangement. We can also organize private trips for larger groups.

CAN KIDS GO ON A TRIP?

Yes! The morning trip is more suitable for children as there is more to do and see. Evening trips are okay too, but must be all guests must be at least 20 years old to drink alcohol.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE VEGANS, VEGETARIANS, PESCATARIANS?

We are happy to accommodate vegans, vegetarians, and pescatarians; just let us know in advance. 

WHAT ABOUT A Trip FOR THOSE WHO EAT GLUTEN-FREE? OR A RED MEAT OR PORK-FREE TRIP? OR A TRIP FOR THOSE WITH ALLERGIES?

Yes, it's possible to organize a gluten-free tour or a trip without pork, or red meat. Please let us know in advance about your dietary requirements and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. However, seafood allergies must be extra careful and we cannot assume any responsibility for those with severe allergies. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before making a booking.

what is the Cancellation policy? 

Any cancellations prior to 7 days in advance will incur a 20% fee of the total booking price. Anything after 7 days is non-refundable.

HOW DO I BOOK? 

We keep our trips small, so please book as much in advance as possible if you'd like to trip on a particular day.
