HOW LONG DO THE TRIPS LAST AND WHERE DO THEY BEGIN?

All of the trips meet at the nearest train station and will be specified depending upon your specific trip booking. If you need further assistance, please let us know in advance to make arrangements. The trip times are listed as a general time frame, but we are flexible and sometimes go over the time limit depending on an added sake tasting or omakase sushi course. Please let us know if you are on a tight schedule.

what if I’m a solo traveler?

There is an additional fee for parties of one, however we are happy to try and pair you with other guests in an effort to help you avoid the additional cost. If other parties are added to the same date of your booking, we will refund you the additional fee.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN A Trip ACCOMMODATE? CAN I book A PRIVATE Trip?

In order to provide a truly personal in-depth experience, we usually limit non-private trips to small groups of six. All custom trips are private and can accommodate any party size up to twelve.

CAN KIDS GO ON A TRIP?

Yes! The afternoon trip is more suitable for children as there is more to do and see. Evening trips are okay too, but must be all guests must be at least 20 years old to drink alcohol. Children under 10 are 20% off.

CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE VEGANS, VEGETARIANS, PESCATARIANS?

We are happy to accommodate vegans, vegetarians, and pescatarians; just let us know in advance. 

WHAT ABOUT A Trip FOR THOSE WHO EAT GLUTEN-FREE? OR A RED MEAT OR PORK-FREE TRIP? OR A TRIP FOR THOSE WITH ALLERGIES?

Yes, it's possible to organize a gluten-free tour or a trip without pork, or red meat. Please let us know in advance about your dietary requirements and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. Seafood allergies must be extra careful. We are not responsible for any illnesses or allergic reactions that may occur on our tours. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before making a booking.

what is the Cancellation policy? 

Any cancellations prior to 7 days in advance will incur a 50% fee of the total booking price. Anything after 7 days is non-refundable.

We keep our trips small, so please book as much in advance as possible if you'd like to trip on a particular day.
